A free website review, initial recommendation, or reply to an inquiry does not create a client relationship or guarantee any particular business result. Work begins only after both parties agree to a written project scope.

Project agreements

Specific services, deliverables, timelines, revisions, fees, payment terms, ownership, and cancellation conditions will be stated in a separate proposal, quotation, or service agreement accepted by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the project agreement controls.

Intellectual property

The Mason Ridge Digital name, brand elements, website content, and demo materials may not be copied, republished, or used commercially without permission. Ownership of completed client work will be governed by the applicable project agreement.

We aim to produce clear, professional, conversion-focused websites, but we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, inquiries, sales, revenue, or other business outcomes.
